[wish-list] let kubuntu-docs get the kubuntu.org theme love

It is great to see kubuntu.org site get a complete overhaul. The
look-and-feel of the site is just awesome. Congratulations to all those
who were involved in bring up this change.

I was wondering if kubuntu-docs can get the same love. It has been plain
white since long and could find some inspiration from the kubuntu.org
website. ubuntu-docs also use the help.ubuntu.com theme. So I think
its just logical to incorporate kubuntu.org theme into kubuntu-docs.

I am just putting forth an idea. As I am neither a developer nor
designer, I would be happy to contribute in any other ways possible.
