Grub Documentation 'Holes'

I'm not 100% sure the Server Guide is the best place to have detailed Grub
information.  Mostly since all Ubuntu releases use it... having it only in
the Server Guide may not be the best choice.

Having said that I totally support having a Grub2 section that would cover
server related Grub2 configurations, instructions, etc.  I haven't kept up
an awful lot on the differences between Grub2 and Grub1, so if others would
like to take on the subject I'd be very happy to help as needed.

Either way I'll add a Grub2 section to the list of new topics.
