Good idea to try such a bug. You don't do a patch on the html file,
you need to find the relevant system document which is used to
generate the page. In this case it's internet/C/web-apps.xml as per
the bug report. So the process is the same as the one set out in our
wiki pages - you create a patch using bzr.
