[Idea] Help links in foot-note

Hello all,
While reviewing the kubuntu system docs, I just thought that it would be
nice if all pages could show the links to online help sites or just two
links to paid support page ( http://www.ubuntu.com/support/paid ) &
community support page ( http://www.ubuntu.com/support/communitysupport ) in
the foot-note area.
This way, if a user is not able to find help on the particular problem, he
can directly visit the online support site instead of searching for the help
links which are mentioned only in the bottom area of the main index.

Regards,
