I can't help specifically as I don't have much expertise on using
server software, but I'm happy to review patches, bundles or branches
submitted by Server Team members relating to the Server Guide on the
basis that they have the relevant expertise and the only review
necessary is to check the markup and writing style. I'm pretty sure
that any contributor to the server team will find it easy to get our
branch and hack on it but the instructions are available on the wiki
[1].

I'd suggest that feedback be collected by way of bug reports on the
ubuntu-docs package in Launchpad, and tagged with "serverguide". We
have quite a few bugs already collecting that way [2] and this will
ensure that they don't get lost.

We should encourage anyone interested in giving feedback to use that method.
