Hi Phil, I may have misunderstood you, but https://wiki.kubuntu.org and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com are the same wiki, the only difference is the theme
rendered depending on the domain it's accessed with.

I believe Richard Johnson <nixternal at ubuntu.com> has been working on this for
several releases. I've copied him in.

I'm not familiar with (K)Ubuntu documentation. If I understand/understood
correctly, it was a pile of Docbook files that got generated into HTML files to
(a) get shipped in a package and (b) get placed on help.ubuntu.com? Once we
finish (1), I don't think it would be too hard to convince the sysadmins to
setup help.kubuntu.org/ and plop Kubuntu's documentation there.

If we want to create a help.kubuntu.org/community , the sysadmins can be prodded
for that too and we can use the current Kubuntu wiki theme from wiki.kubuntu.org
on it until it gets updated to the new www.kubuntu.org theme.

Let me know if I correctly understood what you're asking.

Yep, I ported your help.ubuntu.com/community theme to wiki.kubuntu.org and made
it default . www.kubuntu.org has recently changed themes, as far as I know, work
hasn't yet been started on porting its theme to wiki.kubuntu.org .

Cheers,
Ryan
