 The Ubuntu team is pleased to announce Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Long-Term
 Support) for Desktop, Server, Ubuntu Enterprise Cloud, Amazon's EC2.
 Also released is Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook Edition.
 Codenamed "Lucid Lynx", 10.04 LTS and 10.04 Netbook Edition continue
 Ubuntu's tradition of integrating the latest open source technologies
 into a high-quality, user-friendly Linux distribution.

 The LTS designation means that 10.04 LTS will be supported for three
 years on desktops and five years on servers.  Ubuntu 10.04 Netbook
 Edition will be supported for 18
 months.

 Ubuntu 10.04 LTS also provides the basis for new 10.04 releases of Kubuntu,
 Xubuntu, Edubuntu, UbuntuStudio, and Mythbuntu:
