Maverick ubuntu-docs branch open for business

Hi,

I know that it's rather early but I've opened a branch for maverick.
The main reason for doing this is so that we have somewhere to put
fixes and material that we might like to get into an update to the
Lucid release but which we can't send to Lucid at this stage due to
the string freeze. These can be merged back into the Lucid branch if
appropriate after the release.

If you have fixes or bugs that you believe should be considered for a
Lucid update, feel free to nominate them on bugs as described at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocumentationTeam/ServicePacks
