USB installation instructions for beginners

Hi Phil,

has the thorny issue of where to save screen shots been addressed ?

A picture does say a thousand words, but they must be saved somewhere that
will exist in a few years time. I am fortunate that i can save them to my
own server address, but that may possibly not be acceptable for 'official'
documentation,
