At this stage I think the best approach is to make it a docbook
"article" and we can include it in ubuntu-docs as a standalone document.
I guess that the installation-guide work is unlikely to be ready by
string freeze (at least I haven't seen any activity on it on the list
recently) and I'm keen to get this work incorporated for Karmic.
