UNR icon theme change

        Hi folks

 This cycle UNR changed to the Dust Gtk+ theme and the Humanity icon
 theme.

 We have many small issues with the Humanity icon theme which don't
 appear to settle in time for Karmic, so the only option is to defer
 Humanity to Karmic + 1.  The issues are:
 - Mix of colour versus B&W icons in default categories
 - Mix of colour verus B&W icons in notification-area
 - Connected to wireless icon looks like Connected to LAN icon
 - Notification area icons are hard to see on the panel
 - size: humanity still requires human so it adds 12 MB to the UNR image
   which is a lot

 I wanted to give you a heads up on this change which I intend to upload
 next week, pending FFE etc.
