Ubuntu Packaging Guide

Hello Augustina,

I thought I would mention that TJ (Ubuntu Kernel Team) is currently
teaching me Ubuntu/Debian packaging.

Would it help if I relayed my experiences to you, and comment on what I
understand/misunderstand in your draft?

I thought this might help you make this guide easy for a beginner to
understand, if you have some helpful feedback.
