request for review of Ubuntu 9.10 release candidate announcement - LTS server/desktop?

Hi Steve,  (duplicate post but I forgot to correct the subject line so
it was buried)

Why "on the server"?

doesn't the statement apply to the Desktop edition too? (albeit only until
2011)

BTW: 9.10 seems to be released but I could only find the draft announcement.
