No problem. We have system documentation, which is tied to the release
and appears at help.ubuntu.com and when clicking System->Help and
Support on the desktop, and a community wiki at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community which isn't subject to the freeze.
So we could start something there and add it to the system
documentation during the next cycle. In any case a bug should be
fairly useful to track the work.
