Are you sure that you are updating the correct set of documentation?
We would normally have you work on translating the "development"
version of the documentation, which is under the Karmic branch, not
the Jaunty branch.

Are you also on the translators mailing list?  If so, someone from the
translations team should be able to best assist you.
