Video Tutorials for Ubuntu

There are some videos on Ubuntu Screencasts, but they tend to take a
long (~10 min) tutorial format [1].

This sounds like a really good idea - short clips would be an excellent
marketing tool, and could be useful for user assistance purposes too. It
would be interesting to see how we can make the best use out of video
clips; for example, are they more suited to training purposes, or could
they be used effectively in user documentation?
