Thanks for bringing this up.  It is on the Server Guide spec for Karmic to
better document the dovecot-postfix package.  Time ran out to get
information into the Jaunty guide, but it and other improvements to the mail
stack will definitely make Karmic.

In the meantime any patches, reviews ,etc are greatly appreciated.
