Launchpad group changes

This has now been implemented, and all branches have been moved to the
appropriate project.

You can see where all the branches are here:

The workflow should be unaffected, except that the urls for pushing,
pulling and branching have changed.

For example, to get a kubuntu-docs karmic branch, do:

bzr branch lp:kubuntu-docs/karmic

and to push to it, do:

bzr push lp:kubuntu-docs/karmic

Let me know if there are any problems or questions arising!

In due course I'll be asking the Launchpad admins to rename the
"ubuntu-doc" project to "ubuntu-docs", so that there is consistency
over the projects.
