Launchpad group changes

I'm currently putting this in place now that the Launchpad admins have
created the ubuntu-doc-project umbrella group.

As part of that I'm transferring some of the code branches across to
the new projects. Please can everyone avoid pushing to the edubuntu or
kubuntu branches on Launchpad until I post that this has been
completed.
