Stub pages on the community wiki?

That seems like a good idea to me.

As for the "CategoryStub" suggestion, I think that we need to be
careful about the use of categories for what are essentially editorial
issues. Currently, we use Tags [1] for such issues, leaving the use of
categories to distinguish subject matter only.
