I believe the documentation should be changed to reference wodim,
genisoimage, etc... of the cdrkit codebase.  cdrecord and mkisofs are
both symlinks to the new binaries anyway.

Also, the process can be made a little easier, as you can reference
the device by name rather than scsi descriptions.  e.g. dev=/dev/sdb
