And you can point a web browser at:
 /usr/share/ubuntu-serverguide/html/C/

Or over the Internet you can browse in html format, at:

It looks like a PDF version is available at:
 * http://dl2.foss-id.web.id/dokumen/ubuntu/serverguide.pdf

But note that this isn't an ubuntu.com URL.
