Graphics card will go in the hardware section. You are on the right track
with the other stuff, such as covering things like Gimp, Inkscape, Blender,
and whatever else there is to edit and create graphics, but not photo
management stuff like Gwenview and digiKam.
On that, there are a couple of awesome tutorial sites out there that are
specific to Gimp, Blender, and Inkscape. I think it would be cool to maybe
link them in the sections, what do you think? Feel free to flow it the way
you would like :)
