The focus for the installation guide at the moment is on getting people
onto Ubuntu from Windows. Since you can't (yet, IIRC) create a USB
installer from Windows, I think it's better to focus on the Live CD/Wubi
route for the time being. Once the Windows Live USB stuff is sorted out,
then we should definitely include it.
