Matthew,

Sorry if I confused the terms, but I meant that usb-creator would be the
upstream of Ubuntu docs to put this help document in place, not an actual
upstream IE GNOME, etc.  I still think the help guide should be in the
project and not as much in ubuntu-docs.

The less that is in Ubuntu-docs and references the other projects existing
(or we create exstiting) docs the better in my view
