In this case, Evan will correct me if I'm wrong, but usb-creator is a
native Ubuntu project (like jockey) and there isn't really an upstream
to speak of. There is https://edge.launchpad.net/usb-creator but I
think that including the manual in the wider Ubuntu documentation has
distinct advantages (easier for the docteam to maintain, and the use
of our translation system).
