Not at all. It isn't a "WOSCON project", it's just something that came
out of discussions which happened there. I've been in touch with people
from other documentation projects who weren't represented at WOSCON, but
who are definitely interested in working on this. It's very early days
for the style guide, so there's no issue of having already been
involved. Anyone who's interested should be able to do the job.
