I'm not and don't think any one else is either but I'd touch base with
Phil to ensure there's no cross over in effort.

With something like this, I would recommend writing the guide in plain
text and submitting it here, then when we're all happy we can guide
you through the mark up.

We do most of our discussions through the mailing list.
