Feel free to start another thread if you think there are other issues
to address about attracting volunteers to the team and maintaining
contributions, we can discuss discrete issues in parallel. No one is
saying that this thread is going to create a perfect team, but there
is a clear gap in our internal documentation on this issue and I'd
like to fill it. This thread has thrown up good discussion so far and
I'm confident that the page will be a big improvement on the scant
information we currently have about how to join the sub-teams we have.
