request for review of Ubuntu 9.04 RC announcement

i added a "known issues" section at the bottom listing the most visible
issues, pointed to usb-imagewriter in universe for writing the SD card
(it grew SD support before i uploaded it to the archive so you can use
it for babbage images), created usb-imagewriter packages for hardy and
intrepid in my PPA and pointed to them as well, cleaned up the linking
on the page a bit and pointed to the ubuntu-bug tool in the "known
issues" section ... from my POV its ready to go now, would be good if
someone could inspect my changes for typos though.
