request for review of Ubuntu 9.04 RC announcement

Steve,

Announcement looks good, there is one change (below) and I need Oliver
to confirm it.  There were some fixes applied to image once Beta freeze
released and that changed the installation instructions a bit.  I've
copied the page and edited it but I can't confirm as my babbage board is
dead.

Oliver can you please review
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BabbageJauntyRCInstall and confirm that those
are accurate instructions now for the babbage?
