According to http://www.doodle.com/gemgbdt3cb526vtf the most
convenient time for the meeting is 20:00 London time (so I guess that
means 19:00 UTC) on Saturday 2 May. Fortunately that also looks like
it will include the core contributors who have posted there so far.

I'd encourage others to post their availability as well, if possible
and we can then fix a time.

In the event that Jim isn't able to attend during that weekend, we
could certainly schedule a followup meeting as I think that there are
issues with which I'd definitely like to see his input, in particular
on the subject of how ubuntu-docs and xubuntu-docs can work together
better and share material/resources.
