Why not enabling APT links in the Documentation??? (bis)

Speaking for myself, I just think it's a waste of effort to go through
documentation replacing instructions if they are then going to have to
be reamended shortly. I'm hopefully the sysadmins will get to this
soon now that I have chased them.

I know nothing about pkgb links and whether they are secure at all,
although I'm automatically slightly uncomfortable about trusting an
external site that is out of our control for such an important action.
