usb-creator or switching from Windows guided partitioning bug (Was: Rhythmbox)

Is anyone working on usb-creator?  I recently had to do this when I
installed Ubuntu on my EeePC laptop and would be more than happy to take
this on.

I also subscribed to the bug in Launchpad tagged as a Documentors item --
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-doc/+bug/176343  Can I assign that to
myself or should someone assign it to me?  Or is someone else already
working on this?

If these two items are already being worked on, I'll just keep posting and
asking until I find something that nobody is working on ;)
