FW: use of alerts on the help wiki

Feeling sympathetic for another Windows Mobile user...
Sorry for top posting but one of the frustrating things I have with
launchpad is they forget to test things in IE which breaks stuff
(like I can't comment on anug in edge ,already filed bug) but I would
agree that we need to still support
IE on that wiki and macro
