introduction

I would like to be mentored as a member of an Ubuntu doc team effort. I 
am new to Ubuntu, running Hardy Heron on a dual boot laptop, but have 
years of experience writing systems and user documentation within IT 
departments. I have just completed  (and earned A's ) in two graduate 
courses at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, both courses required for 
their masters program in Human Computer Interaction.
