help.ubuntu.com theme now live

Hi,

The new theme of help.ubuntu.com is now live and 8.10 documents have
been uploaded there.

I'm hoping that from now on, updating the help website is going to be
a bit easier, so we should be able to fix problems post-release and
keep the website nicely up to date.

The theme for help.ubuntu.com/community should also be updated in the
next few days.

It would be great if people could test out help.ubuntu.com and report
any problems that they find as bugs.
