You should raise these with the bug team, the documentation team
doesn't take care of the pages on wiki.ubuntu.com.

It very much depends on what the document is about, and what the blogs
or third party sites are. In some circumstances, it is perfectly
possible, yes. I'd say the reliability of the third party site is the
key consideration.
