Slow down the pulse rate for "your edit lock has expired"

As anyone that's ever edited a MoinMoin wiki knows, pages are locked for
10 minutes when you edit them, after which the status bar flashes that
your edit lock has expired. I'm not a big fan of the feature, but I
guess MoinMoin devs know what they're doing. Can we at least slow the
blinking down though, so authors aren't distracted twice a second during
a long editing session?
The status text currently blinks 0.5 seconds on/0.25 seconds off. I've
attached an edited version of common/js/countdown.js (and a patch if
that's preferable) that would slow the blinking down to 4 seconds on/1
second off, which is still noticeable to me, without being distracting.
