linking to workspaces in gnome documentation

I'm trying to finish the desktop-effects key commands for the documentation and the only thing I can't get to work is the link to the workspaces in the gnome documentation, I have even tried what Dean said to do and it wouldn't work. This is the only thing stopping me from finishing it.
