Contributers

Hi all,

I was looking through contributors.xml [1] and was thinking it no longer
reflects the make up of the team since moving to commiters and students.

Thoughts:
- Could it be organised by specific areas, e.g server guide?
- Split into students and committers?
- Include a little information on joining and contributing?
- Specific contacts (maybe - I mean the list is the best way but for
those on the team I often forget who specialises in what)?

I know this is a bit of a wish list type thing but early in the cycle
would seem to be the time to discuss a format.

Any thoughts?
