Hi Phil,
I made the listed changes and hopefully I made them correctly. As for
the correctness of information itself, I haven't actually followed the
procedure step-by-step, as it was written after I had gotten this to
work on a production machine. However, I do plan to install Hardy in a
VM and try it out to see if everything is the same from Dapper to Hardy
because I know that compatibility is a big issue for LTS upgrades.
