It would probably be best to only document the keyboard shortcuts which
can be used by default in Ubuntu (i.e., without having to enable extra
effects with ccsm or gconf-editor). If you like, you can document the
others too and try to send the docs upstream, but I'm not sure if compiz
ship any DocBook documentation.
To insert subsections, you can use <sectn> tags, as described here [1]
and here [2]. They can be tricky to work with, so please let us know if
you need a hand with them.
