Thanks for putting this together, Phil.  I didn't have any additions to
make, but think it will be a helpful resource for those who are interested
in contributing to the wiki.

I noticed that you linked to your new page from the "Improve the
documentation wiki" portion of the main documentation page.  Thanks for
thinking to do that, too.
