That's good work, thanks. As I mentioned on another thread, I've
wanted for a while to reorganise our wiki pages. They are
overcomplicated and have plenty of duplication.

I started this effort today. The basic aim is to distinguish clearly
between our work on the system documentation and our work on the wiki.
There is still plenty to be done, in particular I haven't yet started
moving the WikiTeam material into the main wiki, but I'll get to that
another time. Also, I'd like to have a separate MenuBar for each of
the two types of work, so that it is more obvious to the reader which
section of our site is being displayed.
