Welcome! The Documentation Team concentrates on writing the
documentation; it's the job of the translation teams to work on the
actual translations. As such, it would be best to get in touch with the
translators rather than us.
I couldn't find a Zulu translation team, but you can use the Launchpad
Rosetta service to start translating as soon as you like [1]. You may
also be interested in joining the ubuntu-translators [2] mailing list
for translation advice. There's an ubuntu-za list too [3], where you may
find other Zulu translators.
