You can't, it's immutable!!

The page is locked because it needs to be a 100% reliable source of
md5sums - only administrators of the wiki are permitted to edit it. In
the case of the DVD hashes, we don't currently add these. However,
work is in progress to automate the pages which will make it easier to
maintain larger numbers of hashes, so stay tuned for that.
