Spacing between sentences

Well, actually that's fairly controversial. I personally subscribe to
the "one space" theory. Have a read of

points of view.

For docbook, I don't think you need to worry about this - iirc even if
two spaces are used, this still appears as one space when converted
into html for viewing. I haven't tested it but I have a memory of this
having been discussed a long time ago and that being the conclusion.
