Clicking link "Using Removable Media" is very slow to load

This link also loads slowly for me, ~13 seconds. It's probably because
Yelp has to parse the whole GNOME user guide before it can display that
section.

The only way I can think of speeding things up is to carve the GNOME
user guide up into small chunks that aren't bound together as a single
DocBook entity (probably a "book"). This would be quite a big job,
though.
