Network troubleshooting

Cheers Phil. I think Steve has a point about where the troubleshooter is
launched from. I'm not clear as to which link he followed but within the
structure of the Network & Internet section, troubleshooting is clearly part
of wireless, its not unlikely though as I did heavily change the original
structure so we probably need to consolidate this.

An offline wireless troubleshooter with integrated diagnostics is needed. We
could probably play around with this as there is a level of integration
between the docs and separate programs - I mean they all return error codes,
can we develop an automated system? Have you got your source available?
